Dental Implants
A dental implant is the closest thing modern dentistry has to a natural tooth. Where a tooth is missing, it replaces the root itself, giving you a permanent, stable foundation that looks, feels and functions like the real thing, without leaning on the healthy teeth around it for support.
The implant is a small, biocompatible titanium post placed gently into the jaw bone. Over the next two to six months it fuses with the bone in a natural process called osseointegration, creating a rock-solid anchor. A custom-made crown is then fixed on top, so you can eat, speak and smile with complete confidence.
Dental implants are an excellent choice to:
- Replace one or more missing teeth without disturbing the healthy teeth beside them
- Secure a loose bridge or denture for a comfortable, confident fit
- Relieve bite problems and jaw strain caused by shifting teeth
- Restore natural chewing, clearer speech and easier digestion
- Preserve your facial structure and bring back a full, confident smile
